Compliance, Quality, Safety, and Risk
The Compliance, Quality, Safety, and Risk Committee, made up of the entire Northern Inyo Healthcare District Board of Directors, works closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Medical Officer, and Chief of Staff. This Committee is responsible for analyzing data related to compliance, safety, and the quality of care, treatment, and services provided at NIHD. This Committee sets priorities for District-wide performance improvement.
As a "Committee of the Whole," all NIHD Board members actively participate, ensuring thorough oversight and well-informed decisions.
The Compliance, Quality, Safety, and Risk Committee meets quarterly at 4 p.m., unless otherwise noted, prior to the regular Board of Directors meeting. See agendas and minutes below.
