The Northern Inyo Healthcare District Board of Directors oversees policies essential for the operation of NIHD, including Northern Inyo Hospital, Northern Inyo Associates, the NIH Foundation, and the NIH Auxiliary.
For its' regular meetings, the NIHD Board of Directors meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 5 p.m. in a hybrid format. This allows for virtual participation via Zoom or in-person attendance at the Birch Street Annex located at 2957 Birch Street, Bishop.
Special meetings are called as needed. Agendas for these meetings are posted 24 hours before the meeting date. Special Meetings are not always broadcast via Zoom.
