About Colleen

Colleen currently serves as a nurse practitioner at Northern Inyo Associates- Pediatric Clinic and at the Bronco Clinic. She has been a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner since 2006 and a registered nurse since 2002. Before moving to Bishop, she practiced at a school-based health center in Oakland, California and a pediatric primary care clinic in Vallejo, California. As an RN, she worked in pediatric hematology, oncology and bone marrow transplant and at a pediatric palliative care facility.

Colleen enjoys working with adolescents and got a minor in adolescent medicine while studying to be a nurse practitioner at the University of California, San Francisco. She started and runs our school-based health center, The Bronco Clinic at Bishop Union High.

Colleen likes to treat mental and behavioral health issues. She is working on a certification to become a Pediatric Primary Care Mental Health Specialist. She also enjoys working with families on their nutrition and weight management goals.

In her spare time, she likes to swim, backpack, hike and ski.
