About Lauren
Lauren graduated with her Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from San Jose State University in December 2019. She moved to Bishop and began working at Northern Inyo Healthcare District in July 2021. Lauren previously worked for a school district in Crescent City, CA, providing school-based occupational therapy services for students aged 3-21 years. In addition, Lauren brings experience from clinical rotations in the intensive care unit at UCI Medical Center and the acute psychiatric unit at Westminster Therapeutic Residential Center. Lauren is certified in LSVT BIG®, a specialized treatment program for people with Parkinson’s disease.
As a newer resident of Bishop, Lauren enjoys exploring the Eastern Sierra region through hiking, paddle boarding, and skiing. She has a passion for working with children and their families in a variety of settings. Lauren is also passionate to serve the local community, and to help patients and their families reach their fullest potential in all aspects of their daily lives.
